The top layers of the oneNEST M are designed to optimize microclimate management through air vents and breathable materials, helping to regulate heat and humidity under the torso and sacral region of the patient. While the two-way stretch top cover promotes breathability, it also prevents liquid infiltration with its protective layer, welded seams, and rigid flaps.

Like the oneNEST S, the oneNEST M helps prevent and treat pressure injuries from stages 1 to 4, including unstageable and deep tissue injuries. The unique configuration of gels and foams offers low interface pressure for optimal redistribution, deep immersion, and envelopment of bony prominences. These technologies make the surface centered on patients with a moderate to high risk of developing pressure injuries or for those with existing ones. When used with its control unit, the unique microclimate management system helps manage patient skin humidity and temperature.  

The unique, patent-pending SafeBoost™ simplifies patient repositioning and bed ingress and egress by temporarily inflating beneath the patient, facilitating self-positioning and helping to reduce the workload for caregivers.
